Answers to the questions we hear most.
Pricing, scheduling, training materials, college credit — everything most schools want to know before requesting a quote.
How do I get started? Can I get a free cost quote?
Simply fill out our Request a Quote form and you'll get a free, all-inclusive quote — usually back to you within 2 business hours. Or call directly at (800) 555-0156. No obligation, no sales follow-up unless you want one.
Can we have our training on a Saturday?
Absolutely. We can schedule on-site training on the date of your choice, including weekends, provided the trainer's calendar is open. Just let us know your preferred dates in your quote request.
Are CEUs or clock hours provided?
CEUs and clock hours are typically provided through your district. We supply attendance documentation and training summaries that your district can use to award credit through its own approval process.
Is college credit available?
Yes. Up to four graduate-level semester credits are available through University of Massachusetts Global, accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission. Additional requirements and fees apply.
Are training materials included?
Yes. Unlike most on-site training sponsors, we provide a professionally printed comprehensive resource handbook for every participant — included in the standard pricing. There are also supplemental materials available to extend the training if you'd like to add them.
What if our school doesn't have a full day available for training?
The training format is flexible. We can work with you to develop a plan that meets your campus needs — which means breaking the training into smaller blocks across multiple days or sessions if that works better for your calendar.
How long is each on-site training session?
Each on-site training session includes approximately 5 instructional hours, plus breaks — typically structured as 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a one-hour lunch. Length can be adjusted to fit your campus schedule.
Who is the instructor for our training?
Dr. Jean Piaget personally delivers training sessions across the United States. You can learn more about his background, philosophy, and experience on the About page.
How much is the training?
We provide a series of training options to best meet the needs of your campus — pricing varies based on number of attendees, training program(s) selected, location, and scheduling. Request a free quote and you'll receive transparent pricing with options, typically within 2 business hours.
